The workshop aims at giving in depth knowledge about fees calculation from a purely business mindset. A thorough explanation of the Richard Cook's personal Fees calculator is shared as well as the theory behind how this is worked out in relation to practice overheads.
This workshop is engaging and will involve many Q&A's together with a series of exercises which will allow you to implement what you learn and apply this to your practice instantly. Approaching the client with a fees proposal will also be discussed. A CPD certificate of completion will be awarded to each attendee.
