WHAT IS COMPUTATIONAL DESIGN??

Computational design is a method of using algorithms and digital tools to inform and enhance the design process. In the built environment, it allows architects and engineers to create complex models and structures efficiently by automating repetitive tasks, generating designs based on defined parameters, and simulating real-world conditions. This leads to more innovative solutions, improved accuracy, and greater adaptability in architectural projects, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness in the design and construction processes.
