Excellent, Anneke was really good at explaining things in a way we can understand. Will definitely take one of her courses again.

    Not for Beginners

This course was everything that I needed, for the level of understanding that I already have with the JBCC, to raise me up. It is a long, technical and terminology filled course. If you are not the legal, contract, technical, admin and process driven person in the office/firm - don't use this course for a basic understanding. However, if you want a better understanding and to boost your confidence in administering the JBCC contract, then this is the course for you.

The turning point to contract administration, road leads to COMPLETION OF PROJECT WITHIN TIME AND ON BUDGET

The workshop was captivating, educational, it had me quoting clauses every chance I got at work/office and at site meetings. The introductions and word for word reading had me pausing videos to read for myself and highlighting the copies over and above making note and flow diagrams I took longer than anticipated because I was also comparing 6.2 with 4.1 Thank you for your efforts,

Review of JBCC Principal Building and N/S Subcontract Agreement Workshop

Thanks for a great course on the JBCC. Good thorough insight into the contract and a good refresher on the latest form of the JBCC. Thank you. The JBCC does try and do many things and generally succeeds. I will always be critical of the 'deemed' to be practically complete clause ( I understand the intent ) but in most of the commercial projects we work on that clause is amended. A comment on extensions of time as they relate to weather , where extensions are granted on commercial projects they do cost both parties, not just the contractor who as you said is absorbing P&G costs. The employer is paying more interest and losing income. The contract is fair as both parties suffer loss. Regards Trevor

    very well presented

Its like a trifle, If have eaten each component in the industry but not the whole, this explanation and stories explaining it is consistent right through, and a good taste of the intend and purpose.... Questions though.... 1. Force Majeure: what happens if the site present archeological finds 2. 29.17.2 If the date of termination is very close to practical completion, the effect on latent defects guarantee ending, leaves a lot of unresolved issues, according to me? But for the presenter putting in the effort well done.

Groetnis.

Delivered so much more than any other option I've attended in the past. 100% clarity.

The side by side comparison of the documents was great idea, just needed better legibility. Maybe its my eyesight????
