Extending Claude AI
Move from: "I've used a chat window" to "I run Claude as a working platform, connected to my tools; automating my routine work; and ready to grow into my Business Operating System."
Move from: "I've used a chat window" to "I run Claude as a working platform — connected to my tools, automating my routine work, and ready to grow into my BusinessOS.", 1 CPD SACAP and ECSA credit (Cat 1)
In an interactive session, you move from one-off conversations into the full Claude environment: persistent context that remembers your practice, automations you build and re-use, scheduled tasks that run without you, and direct links to the tools you already work in.
By the end of the day you have a working setup, real automations you built yourself.

Most AEC professionals using AI today are working in a chat window, copying and pasting between tools, re-explaining their practice every time they open a new conversation. They get useful results, but the same setup work gets redone, the same context gets re-explained, and nothing compounds.
Extending Claude is the workshop where that stops.
Across an interactive session, you will learn how to give Claude persistent context about your practice so it stops forgetting who you are between conversations, how to turn the work you repeat most often into reliable automations, how to set those automations to run on their own timetable, and how to connect Claude directly to the platforms your practice already runs on so the system reaches beyond a single chat window into the way you actually work.
This is a working session, not a lecture.
The format is live demonstration, follow-along setup, and independent activities you build with your own practice context. You leave with a working setup, real automations you built yourself, a clearer picture of which external tools belong in your AI workflow, and the foundation for the BusinessOS you will build in Workshop 3.
Workshop 2 assumes the principles from Workshop 1: structured prompting, account-level settings, the difference between interface tiers. If you did not attend Workshop 1, the pre-work guide will get you to the same starting line.
AEC professionals who have used Claude or another AI tool and want to move beyond basic conversation into a structured, persistent AI working environment.
ATTEND IF YOU ARE:
Roles: Practice Principals, Architects, Architectural Technologists, BIM Managers, Interior Designers, Project Managers, and anyone in a built environment practice with recurring tasks they would like to automate or platforms they would like Claude to reach into.
NB: Workshop 1 attendance recommended; a paid Claude plan is essential.
