AURUM
Bespoke luxury residential apartments
Aurum is located in the most spectacular bay in Bantry Bay, Cape Town.
The buildings are arranged into two sections: the Presidential Residences
are on the rocks in close proximity to the crashing waves, whilst the Luxury
Residences are on the opposite side of Victoria Road boasting beautiful mountain
and ocean vistas.
NMU OCEAN SCIENCES
University Campus Building
In 2020 Nelson Mandela University in Gqeberha undertook upgrades to their
existing Ocean Sciences Campus as part of their vision for a modern, forward thinking identity. Many of the existing buildings were built in the 1970’s in
a predominantly introverted spatial arrangement, with little interaction with the
streetscape or general Campus.

The uMhlanga precinct is a rapidly developing urban node which is endowed with an excellent and vibrant pedestrian environment lined with al fresco restaurants and entertainment venues; all in close proximity to the beach.
REWARDSCO BLOCK A
Multipurpose building within a developing precinct
Ridgeside is a four precinct development that occupies the sea facing triangle
created by uMhlanga Rocks Drive and two major highways, the M4 and the
M41. Falling under the control and management of the Tongaat Hulett Property
Group, the overall Ridgeside development supplements the uMhlanga Ridge Town
centre and creates a mixed used environment along the primary transport route of
uMhlanga Rocks drive.
ROYAL VIEW
Senior Living Estate
Royal View is the latest senior living community developed by Auria Senior Living.
It is a thoughtfully designed, centrally located, purpose-built community on the
magnificent Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Course in Sandringham.
ST JOHN’S PREPARATORY
New Prep building
The St John’s Preparatory campus is a well known educational landmark situated
on the Houghton Ridge in Johannesburg. Designed by Herbert Baker and Frank
Fleming, and with the foundation stone being laid in 1907, the classic school
buildings have been enjoyed by all who have attended the school, the teachers and those who have appreciated their architectural significance as they have driven past over the decades. This is a new prep building in this prestigious school.
STATION HOUSE

Station House sits proudly on a historically significant intersection where the dynamic energy of the Sea Point high street interfaces with the much sought after residential address of Fresnaye.
