DESCRIPTION

The Architect Developer is an online workshop for Architects and Technologists by Architect Richard Cook. In questioning the “boundary lines” of the traditional architect, Cook looks beyond that of earning fees in private practice and investigates a wide range of abilities that enables us to find and take advantage of opportunities in the extremely complex and intimidating industries of property, construction and development.

The goal of this workshop is to expose you to the strategy route followed by Cook for architectural and financial independence through property and development by explaining how to utilize the built environment knowledge that we have to our financial advantage.

This workshop is validated by The Gauteng Institute of Architecture (GIfA) and accredited with SACAP. A CPD certificate of completion will be awarded to each attendee.
